Ade Babalola boasts extensive experience in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Health Services, and Financial Services. His core expertise spans Corporate Transformation, Strategy Design and Execution, Talent Management, Culture and Change Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR Service Delivery, and Organizational Design and Development. He holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

He has also worked in various capacities within the Human Resources practice in notable companies such as Halogen Group, Nosak Group and Elshon Holding . Babalola is happily married with three children.

Fatusi Anna is a seasoned Human Resources and Administration Management professional with over 25 years of experience, recognized for establishing and leading HR functions in top-tier companies across Nigeria.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, as well as Postgraduate degrees in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, and Organizational Behavior from the University of Lagos. In addition, she completed the Senior Management Programme at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
Anna is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her areas of expertise include strategic HR management, organizational development, negotiation, employee engagement, operations, performance management, and change management.

Kehinde Adekoya hold Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science & Master’s Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Ogun State University and University of Lagos respectively.

He has +25years experience in general human resource management cutting across talent sourcing, human resource audit, industrial relations, learning and development, HRIS, Employment & Labor Laws, Union Negotiation, HRIS Implementation among others. Kehinde has worked in several blue chip organizations in Nigeria such as Nigeria Bottling Company Limited, Frigo Glass Plc, Air Liquide Nigeria Plc, Sheraton Lagos Hotel, FMCG Distributions Limited among others.

He is ERS Biometrics and Sage HR & Payroll Certified Consultant and is married with 2 children
